In the neighborhood we can find different houses. This pentagonal corner building is the work of the architect Jaume Mestres.
It dates from the years 1930 to 1933 and it belongs to the rationalism, but less radical. It is worth pointing out the influence that Art Déco had on this architect, which can be appreciated in this building.
