It is a work by Josep Pérez Terraza, in an eclectic style. The current appearance of the building is the result of an extension in the years 1902-1903.
The highlight is the balconies and lintels historicist decoration, and the roof pilasters. A stepped gable with the coat of arms of Catalonia crowns the building.
