The Escena circuit connects Eixample with the performing arts

On February 6th, the 19th edition of Escena kicks off. This established circuit of professional performances, part of Barcelona Districte Cultural, brings high-quality theatre, circus acrobatics, dance, and live music from both renowned and emerging artists to local stages at 34 community centers (centres cívics) across all city districts.
For 11 weeks, Eixample residents can enjoy a wide range of performances for all audiences at three of the district’s community centers: CC Urgell, CC Cotxeres Borrell, and CC Ateneu Fort Pienc.
All Escena shows and activities are free of charge, and tickets can be booked in advance via the districtecultural.barcelona website.
